There's no one I can trust but Scott Boerstra is your guy!!! From 2016 I was looking for a new house in my budget. He showed me all the houses that I could afford. With the market so low, I wanted to take advantage of the rates, but I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. I wanted to consolidate debt, which I was pretty sure I had enough equity to do. I applied initially with the bank my mortgage was through. They told me my credit wasn't high enough. Scott was referred to me by my boss. He got me the cash-out option I wanted so I could consolidate my debt. We closed about 2 weeks quicker than my bank told me they could. On top of those two huge perks, he helped work through a minor hiccup with my insurance company (again, Scott helped save me about $100 a month just in insurance).
